Featuring Firefly Chai from Mountain Rose Herbs. Made with Red Rooibos tea, making it a caffeine-free treat for any time of the day.

Tools needed:
- Tea infuser
- Blender
- Your favorite mug
Ingredients:
These amounts are approximate! It’s not a science, so make it your own…
- 1 Tbsp. Firefly Chai, loose-leaf tea blend
- Boiling water (enough to nearly fill your mug)
- 1/3 C. Coconut milk (full-fat)
- 5 drops Sweet Leaf Vanilla Creme Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 Tbsp. Xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (or a few hearty dashes)
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger (more hearty dashes)
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. Collagen protein (optional)
Directions:
- First, steep the chai in boiling water for 5-10 minutes while you prep the rest of the ingredients.
- In your blender, add all the other ingredients (coconut milk, sweetener, spices, & collagen protein).
- Pour the chai tea infusion into the blender and blend for several seconds.
- Pour the frothy beverage into a mug and enjoy.
